Stainless Steel Pin Mill Grinder Date Powder Mill
1.Introduction
Date is of high sugar content, our customized BSZ series date powder mill with the liquid nitrogen sent in can have a good grinding performance for such material. There is a connecting pipe for conveying the liquid nitrogen into the pin mill, so the grinding temperature would be very low in the working process then the date would not get stuck in the mill chamber.
2.Working methodAfter entering into the mill chamber from the feeding hopper, the dried dates would be ground by the grinding pins into the powder. In the production, the liquid nitrogen would be sent in continuously to keep the grinding temperature in a very cold state.
There is inverter control with the date powder mill, you can adjust the inverter to change the output size.
3.Application:
Except as date powder mill, the pin mill can also be used to grind dried sugar, rice, wheat, cocoa cake, seeds cake, etc into powder.

A: Usually we use Stainless steel 304. Sometimes,we also use SS316 as customer requests.
Q: Does the machine have GMP certificate?
A: Our machine can meet the requirements of GMP, but our machine is not food or pharmaceutical products, our machine doesn’t have GMP certificate.
