Product Introduction Of Powdered Icing Sugar Grinding Machine:
BSP sugar processing machine is an advanced mill with stable technical performance, low noise, low energy consumption, high efficiency, adjustable fineness and low temperature rise.
Our sugar mill equipment is perfect for sugar, food powder, herbs, spices, etc. The unit consists of crusher, powder collecting device, conveying pipe, electric control cabinet, etc.
The crusher part is equipped with air classification equipment, so that the product size can be arbitrarily adjusted to prevent excessive crushing. The crushed powder is transported to the cyclone separator under negative pressure and discharged by the discharge valve.
Working Method Of Powdered Icing Sugar Grinding Machine:
The raw materials are fed into the mill chamber by the screw feeder, and are sheared by the eddy current and high-frequency vibration generated by the high-speed cutting machine. Due to the negative pressure, the powder enters the total runner. Through the rotation of the classification wheel and the centrifugal force of the air knife, the powder with a particle size larger than the classification particle size is returned to the grinding chamber. The qualified powder enters the pipeline and is discharged.
Main Parts Of Powdered Icing Sugar Grinding Machine:
(1) the left motor is the crushing motor, the right motor is the grading motor. Small spiral feeder is used to ensure uniform and controllable feeding speed.
(2) the material is fed through a screw conveyor into a grinding chamber where it is sheared and milling by rapidly rotating blades. The powder passes through the guide ring into the classification chamber.
(3) the Rotary Valve makes the powder discharge speed even, the rotary valve is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disassemble.
(4) the dust is collected in the dust collecting box.
