SS 304/316 Electric Smart Herb Grinder Easy Operation
BSP herbal powder machine by the crusher, cyclone separator, dust remover, Fan, electrical control box and other components. With the ability of selection, screening, uniform particle size, continuous processing. Applicable to pharmaceutical and chemical industry, industrial raw material crushing, food industry and other industries.
Working method:
The raw material is transported to the grinding chamber through a screw feeder and a hopper, cut by a high-speed cutting machine, and then inhaled through a negative pressure cyclone separator and bag-dust collector. Therefore, BSP custom herb grinder can produce ultra-fine powder, which can be used as a fine powder grinder.
Main components:
1. Pulse dust removal box: collect dust in the dust removal box. There are several dustproof bags in the box, and the bag holder is made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble. Using pulse jet cleaning, dust removal is very convenient.
2. Crusher part: the left motor is crushing motor, and the right motor is graded motor. Small spiral feeder is adopted to ensure uniform and controllable feeding speed.
3. The material goes through the screw conveyor into the grinding chamber, where it is cut and ground by a rapidly rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through a guide ring.
4. Cyclone part: cyclone separator can separate dust and powder (particles). Rotary valve USES even speed of powder, stainless steel material. Easy to clean and disassemble.
Main features:

(2) there is a water-cooled sleeve around the mill, and the bearings cool the machine.
(3) there is no dust in the production process, and the dust can be collected in the dust box.
(4) without Sieving, the particle size can be changed by changing the speed, and the powder particles are even.
