The BSP mill herb grinder is composed of a crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, blower, electric control box, etc. It has the functions of dust selection, no screen, no net, uniform particle size and continuous processing. Working Method:
The raw materials are transported to the crushing chamber by the screw feeder. The raw materials are sent to the cyclone separator and bag filter through the hopper, high-speed cutting machine after shearing and trimming, and the discharge meets the product requirements. This is why BSP superfine powder crusher can produce ultra-fine powder and can be used as fine powder pulverizer.
Main Components:
1. Pulse dust collector: the dust in the dust collector. There are many dust bags in the box, and the dust bag frame is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to disassemble. Pulse spray cleaning, dust removal is very convenient.
2. Crusher part: the left motor is the crushing motor, the right motor is Electromechanical. Small screw feeder is adopted to ensure the uniform and controllable feeding speed.
3. The material enters into the grinding chamber through the screw conveyor, and is cut and ground by the fast rotating blade in the grinding chamber. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
4. Cyclone separator: cyclone separator can separate dust and powder (particles). The rotary valve is made of stainless steel with uniform powder speed. Easy to clean and disassemble.
