Our BS high speed hammer mill is widely used in powder industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, and food factories. It is suitable for small batch production or laboratory sample testing. The whole machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. By changing the stainless steel screen in the mill chamber, you will get different particle size.

Work method:
The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the mill chamber.There is one moveable cutter head on the principal axis. And one fixed gear ring is installed in the grinding chamber. Under the gear ring, there is the screen. When the principal axis works on high speed, the moveable cutter head runs together. The materials are impacted, cutted by the fixed gear ring and moveable hammers. And materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effects, they are crushed into powder.
