BSU universal crushing machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries and so on. It is designed according to GMP standards and all are made of stainless steel. It can be loaded with the water cooling jacket, which is suitable for crushing spices, herbs, grain, crystal materials, etc.
Working principle:
The machine uses a wind-wheel type high-speed rotating cutter and a fixed cutter to grind and shear the raw materials. The materials are crushed by mutual gear impacting and friction. With the strong airflow in the mill chamber, the powder passes through the sieve. The particle size can be adjusted by changing the sieve size.
