BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is composed of main motor, auxiliary motor and electrical control cabinet with the capabilities of winnowing, non sieve or mesh compact design and reasonable structure. Due to the negative pressure sends heat out continuously in operation, the machine is also applied for the grinding of heat sensitive materials. The pulverizer is widely applied in industries such as chemical foodstuff, pharmacy, cosmetic, tincture resin and so on.
Working method:
Material is fed into the grinding chamber via the screw feeder. With the high-speed rotating hammer blades, material is completely sheared and collided into fine powder. Qualified powder is sorted out by the air classifier and flows into the cyclone and bag filter with the air stream for collection.

The unit has the advantages of stable performance, low noise power saving, high production efficiency, attractive appearance and covers less occupied area, etc. Compared with domestic models, the granularity of its products is adjustable arbitrarily and low temperature when it smashes. Therefore, it, particularly, is suitable for the heat-sensitive materials such as sugar, plastic powder and Chinese herbal medicine. This unit is composed of a main grinder, devices collecting micro powder, pulverized coal pipes and electric control cabinet etc. The host machine is installed with wind grading device inside which adjusting the granularity and preventing excessive crushing. After crushing, the powder is sent to the whirlwind and bag filter to be collected through negative pressure and is discharged through blow-off valve. This unit is the ideal equipments of pharmacy, chemistry, food feedstuff.
