BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary machine and electronic control box. It is compact in design, reasonable in structure, and has air-selected type, no screen and no net. The machine is equipped with grading mechanism, which can make the crushing and grading complete at one time.Negative pressure conveying makes the heat generated during crushing continuously discharged, so it is also suitable for the crushing of heat sensitive materials.
Working method:
The material enters the grinding chamber through a hopper and screw conveyor, where it is sheared and broken by rapidly rotating blades. Power enters the classification chamber through the guide ring. When the classification wheel rotates, both air and centrifugal forces act on the powder.
Because the particle size is larger than the critical particle size (classified particle size), they are thrown back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. When the particles smaller than the critical particle size enter the cyclone separator and bag filter through the discharge pipe At the time, the negative pressure air supply method is adopted, and the output meets the product requirements.
