BSO hot air circulation drying machine is a multifunctional drying device, which mainly circulates inside the box through the forced hot air heated by the electric heating tube or the steam heat exchanger to enhance the heat transfer and achieve the effect of drying the material.
It is widely used in heating and dehumidifying raw materials and production of pharmaceutics, chemical, foodstuff, light industry and heavy industry etc.
Working method:
This machine uses steam or electricity as heat energy, and there are steam radiator or electric heating element to generate heat. The fan is used for convective heat exchange to transfer heat to materials, and fresh air and humid air are continuously supplemented and discharged. The drying time box maintains the appropriate relative temperature and humidity, the biggest feature of which is that most of the hot air circulates in the box, thus enhancing the heat and mass transfer and saving energy.
