Working method:
The machine is composed of three parts: frame, crushing chamber and feeding parts. The main shaft is equipped with a movable cutter head, a fixed ring gear is installed in the crushing chamber, and a screen is installed below the ring gear. When the main shaft is running at high speed, the movable cutter head runs, and the materials impact and friction between the fixed ring gear and the movable hammer Under the combined effects of shear, shear, and impact between materials, crushing is achieved. This machine has simple structure, strong and durable, stable operation, obvious crushing effect and convenient maintenance.
The crushed material can be directly discharged from the crushing cavity of the host, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing the screens with different apertures. (You can also adjust the speed to obtain the fineness of the finished product)
