BS pulverizer machine is used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries for grinding dry and fragile materials. Working method:
The crushed raw materials are sent to the crushing host by the feeding machine, and the relative movement between the fixed plate and the movable hammer blade is used to make the material be impacted in the cavity of the machine to obtain crushing quickly. After the pulverized material is subjected to centrifugal force, the powder particles smaller than the pore size of the sieve will be thrown out of the sieve and then discharged out of the pulverizer chamber. Large particles will continue to be pulverized. The ultra-fine powder is separated into the dust removal system to achieve continuous production without dust.
