BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is made up of three parts:main machine,auxiliary machine and electric control box. It has the properties of wind selection, having no sieve or net, and an even granularity of the processed material.
The production process going on continuously,the machine can undertake the grinding of chemical products, food, medicine, cosmetics, plastic, dyestuff, resin, grain,etc.
Working method:
The material is uniformly conveyed to the crushing chamber through the feeding system, and is impacted by the high-speed rotating agitator. Under the action of centrifugal force, the crushing track is impacted. The material is ground into fine powder by several different grinding powers. The ground powder enters the classification chamber with the airflow. The coarse and fine powders are separated using an adjustable classification wheel. The qualified fine powder enters the cyclone or dust collector through the impeller, and the mixture of coarse powder and fine powder falls into the grinding chamber and is ground again.

After crushing, the powder is sent to the whirlwind and bag filter to be collected through negative pressure and is discharged through blow-off valve.
