BSV powder mixing machine is used to mix dry powder or granules for pharmacy,food,chemical and other relative industries.It consists of support part, the hopper,motor.It mixes powder inside by rotating hopper. The powder will be dividing and uniting again and again as the hopper turning, and then get completely mixed in short time.
It is suitable for mixing dry powder, such as detergent powder, coffee powder, spice powder... etc. Because the material is stainless steel, and it meets GMP standard.It has simple structure and polished surface, it is easy to maintain and keep tidy.
Main components:
1) Feed inlet: To feed dry powder into the mixer, it can be connected with the vacuum feeder.
2) Agitator: Forced agitator can make mixing effect better.
3) Discharge part: The final product can be discharged by discharge valve.
Main features:
1. Due to the internal structural form, cylinder using V fonts and the cylinder body are fixed stirring device, rotary in the process of mixing machine, the material in the barrel body 360 degrees rotation, through the fixing mixing relative motion and mixing cylinder, so that the material has forced turnover effect, thus improves to some flow the poor material has better mixing effect.
2. The contact part of cylinder body and material, are designed to smooth transition, no dead angle, thorough cleaning, this characteristic can avoid drug cross contamination, especially for pharmaceutical companies.
